About Me

I have over 30 years of experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry and have experienced virtually everything that can be encountered in the business world throughout my career, with all its ups and downs.

Various leadership positions in Austria, Germany, and Eastern Europe at Mars Inc. have significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. Before I embarked on a career as a coach, I held the position of General Manager at Mars Austria OG, overseeing production facilities in Bruck an der Leitha and Breitenbrunn.

Throughout my career, I have engaged with diverse geographical environments and various markets.

My overarching goal has always been to leave behind a better and more sustainable business than the one I inherited. An integral part of this goal has been the development of my employees. The training and development of leaders and talents have brought me so much joy that I decided to make my skills as a coach and mentor the focal point of my professional life.
